"I recently had surgery and one of the after effects was hair loss. Of course I freaked out. I love my long full hair. I read on a blog that Nioxin was like fertilizer for your hair. So, of course I searched it, read other reviews, looked for the best price and purchased it. I did actually buy it from Amazon. It's way more expensive at Ulta. I have to admit it does work. I have flyaway hairs growing all over my head right now. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the mousse. My hair felt gritty when I had it on. Not bad, but I could feel it was there. I would recommend this product. We all loose hair for various reasons. I cannot tell you this would work for every situation. But I feel it helped me out in mine. Or at least it sped up the process."

"I ordered the system 8 of the Nioxin Starter kit because I color my hair with henna. I have a rare autoimmune disease and PCOS and take very strong medications that make my hair fall out, thin out, and not grow. I have tried various treatments that did not work because my hair problems are not the usual breakage issues but they are health related and I needed a heavy duty product. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and treatment. My hair is growing back, softer, silkier, less breakage, and I am very happy with the results so far. I cut my hair off because it was uneven and so it can grow back out healthier. My kitchen area of my scalp was completely bald, but sparse hairs are growing and my hair is thicker. I am so excited. I have only used this product for about 6 days and my hair feels softer and does not tangle as it used to. I am African-American with natural hair colored with henna. So, it is not hard to wash and treat my hair everyday as instructed. I think this works for me because I have a hormonal imbalance due to PCOS and it can affect the hair and the autoimmune disease with meds. I will provide updates as I continue to use this product."

"I have used Nioxin for about 6 months now after having moderate hair loss due to medications. I absolutely love the product, it holds my color longer and leaves my hair soft and manageable. The only disappointment with this particular product was that the tubes of conditioner were only about 2/3 full while the shampoo was completely full, and I use more conditioner than shampoo. But I will definitely buy Nioxin again, I will just double the conditioner order. Thanks!"
